  • How do you empty the dust container and clean the filter?

    1. Press the bin release button and remove the dust bin.

    2. Pull the metal ring and remove the pre-motor filter pack (metal mesh and pre-motor filter).

    3. Empty the debris from the dust bin.

    4. Remove excess debris from the metal mesh, then hold the base of the metal mesh and rotate the top in an anticlockwise direction and remove the pre-motor filter.

    5. Tap the base and the top of the pre-motor filter to remove dust, then using the dusting brush remove any additional debris from the pre-motor filter and metal mesh.

    6. Once all excess dust and debris is removed, wash the pre-motor filter and metal mesh with warm water until the water runs clean. Do not wash the dust bin as there are electronic parts inside the dust bin.

    7. Remove excess water and leave to dry for 24 hours. Only refit the filter and mesh when completely dry.

    8. Reassemble once completely dry and refit to the product

  • Why is my H-HANDY switching off when fully charged?

    If your cleaner continually cuts off after only a few seconds running and the battery has been charged and assembled correctly, the dust bin has a blockage at the inlet or the filters located inside the dust bin are blocked. Remove filter assembly (mesh and pre-motor filter) and clean as per the above step-by-step.

  • Why has my H-HANDY lost suction?

    If your cleaner has a loss of suction or no suction, the dust bin is full, there is a blockage at the inlet or the filters located inside the dust bin are blocked. Empty the dust bin and remove filter assembly (mesh and pre-motor filter) and clean as per the above step-by-step.
