Notice on the right of withdrawal 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 30 days of receiving the order.

If you want to return a product, follow these simple steps: 

  1. Please use the contact us form to log your return with your order number, reason for the cancellation and telephone number. We can then forward your details on to our logistics partner if you have had an appliance delivered. If you have not had an appliance delivered, we can start to process your refund immediately.
  2. Check your inbox where you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions from our logistics partner Product Care Group on how to arrange a date for a collection
  3. The return of the goods will be totally free and you will not have to bear any collection and shipping costs. 
  4. Product Care Group will send a team of technicians to the delivery address and after checking the condition of the product will take charge of your appliance and start the refund procedure.
  5. When our warehouse receives the returned products, we will refund you and you will receive your money within 2-5 working days, depending on how long the bank transfer takes, using the same payment method used to make the purchase 

Return request for defective, damaged or incorrect products

Ring us on 03 444 99 55 99 and we will support you with your product issue, by sending an engineer to fix and resolve the problem or arrange for a collection/refund of your Hoover appliance.
