HooverDirect.co.uk offers FREE returns on all products throughout the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s how our returns process works:
How to return a product:
Visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form. Don’t forget to include your order number and let us know the reason for your return
You will receive an email with a link to download your returns label. If you can’t find your email please check your spam folder
We will contact you to arrange a time for your FREE collection
- Box up your product (this can be any box, it doesn’t have to be the original Hoover packaging)
- Print and attached your returns label
- Your product will be collected at the arranged date and time
- Your refund will be processed once your product has arrived back at the warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed
Right of Withdrawal
1.1 You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from when you or any appointed third parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
1.2 To exercise this right, you can send an explicit declaration to Hoover using the contact form stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. Following which you will then receive from Hoover a withdrawal confirmation email.
1.3 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your request via the contact form before the withdrawal period expires.
1.4 If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Hoover Ltd receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund via a different means of payment, in which case you will be charged for any additional fees incurred as a result of your choice of such means. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having despatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.
1.5 If you have received the product, please fill in the form on the contact us page, including your order number and we will arrange for a courier to collection your return for FREE
1.6 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return due to defect or non conformity
1.7 If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care service via the contact form, including any photographic evidence. Following which you will be sent a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to change or request a refund for the purchased product. We will then arrange for a courier to collect your product for FREE.
