If within 7 days of your purchase from www.hooverdirect.co.uk you find the same model advertised at a lower price on any approved retailer’s website, we’ll refund the difference.
In order to make a claim with the Hoover Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:
- The Purchase must have been made on our site www.hooverdirect.co.uk
- The Product must be the exact same model as it appears on www.hooverdirect.co.uk
- The Product must be in stock on both the Hoover Direct website and the qualifying retailer’s website
- Qualifying retailers are:- Argos, Currys, AO and Very
- Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to Discount codes and vouchers
- The Promise does not apply to a product sold by a qualifying retailer that is recondition, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box or a demonstrator product.
To take advantage of our price match policy, contact us at hoovershop@hoovercandy.com, with details of the offer you wish to match and the screenshots/images of the offer on the competitor’s site. Our aim is to then process all refund request within 7 working days.
