If within 7 days of your purchase from www.hooverdirect.co.uk you find the same model advertised at a lower price on any approved retailer’s website, we’ll refund the difference. Our goal is to ensure you receive the most competitive price in the market.

Conditions for the Best Price Guarantee:

1. Purchase Location: The purchase must have been made on our site www.hooverdirect.co.uk.
2. Exact Model: The product must be the exact same model as it appears on www.hooverdirect.co.uk.
3. Stock Availability: The product must be in stock on both the Hoover Direct website and the qualifying retailer’s website.
4. Approved Retailers: Qualifying retailers include Argos, John Lewis, Currys, Very,  AO and Amazon.
5. Exclusions: The price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to discount codes and vouchers, unless specified.
6. Product Condition: The promise does not apply to products sold by a qualifying retailer that are reconditioned, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box, or demonstrator products.
