Delivery times
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email, SMS or phone call within 24-48 hours from our logistics partner, Product Care Group, directing you to their booking portal. Please bear in mind that there may be a delay over bank holidays.
Delivery is booked via the Product Care Group portal, and availability can be from 2-5 working days for UK mainland depending on courier availability and your preferred delivery date. For offshore deliveries, the lead-time may be up to 14 days. For Scottish Highland deliveries, the lead-time may be up to 10 working days.
Once the delivery arrives, please ensure you promptly check, as quickly as possible, that the delivery is correct and includes all and only the purchased products. You will be asked to sign that everything has been delivered correctly, if you are not happy in anyway, please include this on the document.
In the event that the packaging or boxing of the products ordered by you reaches its destination visibly damaged, you are invited to refuse to accept the delivery from the carrier/courier or accept the delivery “with reservations”.

Removal of your old appliance and recycling/WEEE disposal is £20.00.

Freestanding Fridge & Freezer Installation
Our Service for you
- Send a skilled Home Delivery Technician who will take your new fridge / freezer to a room of your choice, unpackage and place it where required, adjusting the feet to make sure it’s level.
- Take away and recycle all the unwanted external packaging.
- If you’ve ordered an American Fridge Freezer, we may need to remove its doors to help get it inside but don’t worry once your fridge freezer’s in place we’ll reattach everything.
- If your new fridge / freezer has a water dispenser, we will hook it up to a pre-existing cold-water supply. Please check the manufacturers website to see how close your new fridge / freezer needs to be to the water supply.
- If you have chosen Removal & Recycling, we’ll take your old fridge / freezer when we leave.
- We take pictures of all of our installations so we can keep a record of the service.
What you need to do
To help towards a successful installation there are a number of things for you to please check:
- Our delivery experts will require clear access so we can safely bring your new fridge / freezer from your property entrance to the room of your choice.
- Make sure that your old fridge / freezer is unplugged and out of the way when we arrive.
- Carefully check the dimensions of your new fridge / freezer on the manufacture’s website, just to make sure you’ve got enough space in your room of choice.
- If you’ve chosen Removal & Recycling, make sure your old fridge / freezer is disconnected, empty & fully defrosted when we arrive (if not, unfortunately we won’t be able to take the old appliance).
- You’ll need a standard three-pin electric socket to be within one metre of where your new fridge / freezer will be.
- When we’ve finished the set up of your new fridge / freezer, you’ll need to leave it to stand for 4 hours to let the cooling gases settle before you turn it on.
There are a few things we don’t do
- We don’t switch your new fridge or freezer on as it needs 4 hours to settle in to its new home.
- We don’t make any changes to your property including, fixings, pipework, cabinetry or removal of any internal or external doors to gain access.
- We’ll happily take away all the external packaging but we’ll leave any internal packaging to you.
- The fridges / freezers we install all require a standard three-pin electric plug socket. We don’t hardwire any of these appliances.
- If access is restricted, or if the weather is bad and we need to remove the fridge / freezer doors, occasionally we may not be able to complete the delivery to avoid damaging the appliance.

- Take the old fridge / freezer back to one of our depots where it will be responsibly recycled.
What you need to do
- Our delivery experts will require clear access so we can safely take your old fridge / freezer from the room of your choice to your property entrance.
- Make sure your old fridge / freezer is disconnected, empty & fully defrosted when we arrive (if not, unfortunately we won’t be able to take the old appliance).
- Make sure that your old fridge / freezer is unplugged and out of the way when we arrive.
There are a few things we don’t do
- We won’t remove a fridge / freezer that isn’t empty & fully defrosted.
- The Health & Safety of our Home Delivery Technicians is a priority so they may refuse to take away the fridge / freezer if they feel it’s not safe to do so.
- We don’t make any changes to your property including, fixings, pipework, cabinetry or removal of any internal or external doors to gain access.
Integrated Fridge & Freezer Installation
Our Service for you
- Send a skilled Home Delivery Technician who will take your new fridge / freezer to a room of your choice, unpackage and place it where required, adjusting the feet to make sure it’s level.

- Attach your cupboard door(s) to your new appliance.
- If you have chosen Removal & Recycling, we’ll take your old fridge / freezer when we leave.

What you need to do
To help towards a successful installation there are a number of things for you to please check:
- Our delivery experts will require clear access so we can safely bring your new fridge / freezer from your property entrance to the room of your choice.
- Make sure that your old fridge / freezer empty & fully defrosted when we arrive (if not, unfortunately we won’t be able to disconnect it when we arrive).
- Carefully check the dimensions of your new fridge / freezer on the manufacture’s website, just to make sure that it will fit into your cupboard.
- Check the mechanism for opening your new fridge or freezer (it will either be sliding or hinged) it needs to be the same as your existing cupboard door.
- If you’re getting a fridge freezer the split (50/50, 70/30) will need to match your existing cupboard doors.
- When we’ve finished the setup of your new fridge / freezer, you’ll need to leave it to stand for 4 hours to let the cooling gases settle before you turn it on.
There are a few things we don’t do

Our Service for you
- Send a skilled Home Delivery Technician who will disconnect your old cooker and unpack your new one.
- Take away and recycle all the unwanted external packaging.
- Our technicians will bring everything they need to install your new cooker including any cables.
- We will carry out a full evaluation of appliance positioning, connections and perform a health and safety check to ensure that the cooker can be safely installed.
- We take pictures of all of our installations so we can keep a record of the service.
- If you have chosen Removal & Recycling, we’ll take your old cooker when we leave.
What you need to do
To help towards a successful installation there are a number of things for you to please check:
- Our technicians will require clear access so we can safely bring your new cooker from your property entrance to the room of your choice.
- Make sure you have the correct amp electric supply outlet for the cooker you choose and that it is within 1 meter of the intended installation location.
- We can only fit your new appliance if there is a minimum clearance of 65cm above the appliance which is also free from hazards such as switches
- Follow any pre-installation instructions for your cooker from the product manufacturer’s website.
- Carefully check the dimensions of your new cooker on the manufacture’s website, just to make sure you’ve got enough space in your room of choice.
- We’ll need access to your consumer-unit / fuse-box and any pre-existing cooker isolation switches as part of the installation so please make sure we are able to gain access.
There are a few things we don’t do
- We don’t disconnect gas cookers so if you’re changing over from gas to electric, you’ll need a gas safe engineer to have disconnected your old cooker before we arrive.
- We don’t make any changes to your property including remedial electric work, fixings, pipework, cabinetry or removal of any internal or external doors to gain access.
- In the unlikely event we identify that remedial electric work is required before your new cooker can be safely installed, we may not be able to complete your installation.
- We’ll happily take away all the external packaging but we’ll leave any internal packaging to you.
Cooking – Recycling
Our Service for you
- Send a skilled Home Delivery Technician who will take away your old appliance from a room of your choice.
- Take the old appliance back to one of our depots where it will be responsibly recycled.
What you need to do
- Make sure your old appliance has been fully disconnected this may require an electrician or gas safe engineer. Your old appliance will need to be uninstalled from its kitchen unit or housing when we arrive (if not, unfortunately we won’t be able to take the old appliance).
- Our delivery experts will require clear access so we can safely take your old appliance from the room of your choice to your property entrance.
There are a few things we don’t do
- We won’t remove an appliance that isn’t disconnected & uninstalled.
- The Health & Safety of our Home Delivery Technicians is a priority so they may refuse to take away the appliance if they feel it’s not safe to do so.
- We don’t make any changes to your property including remedial electric work, fixings, pipework, cabinetry or removal of any internal or external doors to gain access.
Freestanding Laundry Installation
Our Service for you
- Send a skilled Home Delivery Technician who will unpackage and place your new appliance where required and adjust the feet to make sure it’s level.
- Take away and recycle all the unwanted external packaging.
- Connect your appliance to existing water outlet and waste pipes.
- Plug in your appliance to an existing standard electric socket.
- Switch on your appliance and run a test cycle to ensure it is functioning correctly.
- If you have chosen Removal & Recycling, we’ll take your old comparable appliance when we leave.
- We take pictures of all of our installations so we can keep a record of the service.
What you need to do

- Ensure your waste pipe and water supply are also no more than 1m away from where the appliance is to be located. We won’t be able to connect onto an extension hose.
- Carefully check the dimensions of your new appliance on the manufacture’s website, just to make sure you’ve got enough space in your room of choice.
- A condensing tumble dryer will need its own waste outlet if you’d like it to be connected to your waste water system; otherwise, you’ll need to empty the water container regularly.
- We don’t install vented tumble dryers.
There are a few things we don’t do
- If your water isolation valve does not function (e.g. is seized due to limescale) or in good working order (e.g. broken isolation tap), we are unable to fix this, and you will need to source your own plumber.
- We don’t make any changes to your property including remedial electric work, fixings, pipework, cabinetry or removal of any internal or external doors to gain access.
- The Laundry appliances we install all require a standard three-pin electric plug socket. We don’t hardwire any of these appliances.
- We don’t carry any parts such as Y splitter, clips or isolation taps etc. If you’re missing necessary parts, we may not be able to complete the installation.
- We don’t install vented tumble dryers.
- If access is to the property is restricted, we may not be able to complete installation to avoid damaging the appliance.

- We take pictures of all of our installations so we can keep a record of the service.
- If you have chosen Removal & Recycling, we’ll take your old cooker when we leave.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013
We offer our customer the chance to recycle their old appliances when purchasing a new item from us aligning with the WEEE Regulations 2013.
By purchasing an EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment), the equivalent WEEE collection service (recycle option at checkout) can be requested at the time of purchase.
The equivalent WEEE collection service (recycle option at checkout) takes place at the same time as the delivery of the new EEE.
