Recycling of your old appliance is available at a cost of £20, and this must be selected in the cart. You will need to disconnect your old appliance.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email, SMS or phone call within 24-48 hours from our logistics partner, Product Care Group, directing you to their booking portal to book your delivery. Please note that there may be a delay over bank holidays. For offshore deliveries, the lead time may be up to 14 days. For Scottish Highland deliveries, the lead time may be up to 10 working days.

Yes, we offer a FREE installation service on all freestanding appliances.

Can you recycle my old appliance?

Yes, we offer a recycling service. You will need to disconnect your old appliance and our logistic partners, Product Care Group, will remove and recycle the old appliance on delivery of the new one. Please ensure you add this service in the checkout.

The defined support period including the mobile app as per the PSTI Regulations 2023 is a minimum of 2 years from the product purchase and will not expire before 31 December 2026.
