Large appliance orders will incur a £20 delivery charge. All freestanding appliance orders are eligible for free installation. If free installation is required, this must be selected in the cart.

Recycling of your old appliance is available at a cost of £20, and this must be selected in the cart. You will need to disconnect your old appliance.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email, SMS or phone call within 24-48 hours from our logistics partner, Product Care Group, directing you to their booking portal to book your delivery. Please note that there may be a delay over bank holidays. For offshore deliveries, the lead time may be up to 14 days. For Scottish Highland deliveries, the lead time may be up to 10 working days.
