Large appliance orders will incur a £20 delivery charge. Installation is offered for freestanding appliances for £10 per product. The installation option must be selected in the Cart.

Recycling of your old appliance is available at a cost of £20, and this must be selected in the cart. You will need to disconnect your old appliance.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email, SMS or phone call within 24-48 hours from our logistics partner, Product Care Group, directing you to their booking portal to book your delivery. Please note that there may be a delay over bank holidays. For offshore deliveries, the lead time may be up to 14 days. For Scottish Highland deliveries, the lead time may be up to 10 working days.

Why are there different KG for Washing and Dryer?

As clothes are wet before drying they weigh more, therefore for optimum drying efficiency, less clothes should added than for a wash cycle, where more clothes can be added, and therefore a higher weight

Does this product comply with the 2023 PSTI Regulations and what is the app support period?

Yes it does and the defined support period, as per the PSTI Regulations 2023, is a minimum of 2 years from the product purchase date.
