1. This promotion allows eligible customers to upgrade their purchased Home Edition vacuum to the Pet Edition vacuum at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility:
a. Customers who have purchased a Pet Edition vacuum directly from our official Hooverdirect.co.uk website within the promotion period are eligible for the upgrade.
B. Only the following selected vacuums are eligible for the Free Upgrade: HF9 Pet, HF500 Pet, Upright 300 Pet, H-POWER 300, H-ENERGY-300 and HL5 Pet.
C. The promotion is subject to availability and may be limited based on stock availability.
D. The promotion can be combined with discount code usage.
E: The promotion does not include Hoover Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with Flexi Tube (Single Battery) HF1 & Hoover Cordless Pet Vacuum Cleaner with ANTI-TWIST™ (Double Battery) - HF9.
3. Promotion Period:
a. The promotion will commence on Tuesday 26th September 12PM and will continue until 2nd October 12PM , or while supplies last, whichever comes first.
4. Upgrade Process:
a. To be eligible for the free upgrade, customers must select the "Pet Edition" variant when adding the vacuum to their cart.
b. The free upgrade will only be applied to orders where the "Pet Edition" variant has been selected at checkout.
c. If customers select the home variant, the home variant will be purchased and dispatched.
5. Availability:
a. The free upgrade to the Pet Edition vacuum is subject to availability. Once the Pet Edition vacuums are no longer available, the promotion will cease to apply.
